This blog aims to share and stimulate dialogue around ideas for small business development and growth.
I’ve built a reputation for delivering innovative, challenging and thought provoking seminars for people interested in thinking differently and finding solutions to long standing problems. I primarily speak to audiences involved in small businesses whether directors, managers, universities or business support organisations. I have worked on behalf of banks, universities and business networks.
In all of the seminars I design, I attempt to push the boundaries, boldly getting people to step out of their comfort zone, yet at the same time, encourage concentration on the simple, basic things in business that we all seem to have forgotten about. If you want comfortable thinking, that doesn’t disrupt the status quo, then these seminars are not for you.
All seminars are bespoke and cover subjects such as leadership, team building, marketing, sales, time management and customer service. Thankfully, after a lot of hard graft, I’m recognised as a leading authority on small business and am a renowned conference and seminar speaker. My presentation style is very unique, engaging and open. I avoid standing in front of a lectern and will always wander amongst the audience to deliver a myriad of interactive, intelligent and challenging concepts at the forefront of leading edge thinking.
There are six subjects I’m concentrating on at the moment:
