You should be providing wireless internet access free of charge in today’s market place. It’s expected like air conditioning in cars, winter holidays with sun, coffee in your cappuccino, cheese on your pizza and towels in your hotel bedroom.

It costs little, provides great customer experience and in some cases may even be a competitive advantage, for a short while anyway!
